She walks the room through the Speed dimension of consciousness - what it governs, how unregulated speed creates noise, and what becomes structurally available when the speed is commanded. The Source Command downloads are delivered live into the field.
Capacity Breathwork with Inarra Aryane Griffyn
Inarra leads the somatic component, a guided breathwork journey specifically designed to clear the body's held speed: the chronic processing, the low-grade urgency, the patterns that run fast without arriving anywhere. This is not relaxation breathwork. It is capacity work: the breath opens the channel, and the frequency has room to land.
