[01] How it works
Not affirmations.
Instructions.
You've probably tried affirmations. "I am abundant. I am worthy. I am enough." And your brain said: "...are you sure?"
That's not a flaw in you. That's how the mind + ego works. When you tell it something that doesn't match what it currently experiences as true, it argues back.
The loop continues.
Choice commands work differently. Instead of telling the mind what to be, you tell it what to do. You start with "I choose" and the mind hears an instruction, not a claim it has to verify.
Your ego's job is to fact check against reality and you want this function. When you are running bad code through a system you get bad programs.
